A snow emergency is hereby declared for the City of Albion beginning today, February 1, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. and will be in effect until further notice.  The National Weather Service has issued a blizzard warning through Wednesday, February 3, 2016 and advises citizens should not travel as whiteout conditions are expected.
