Any and all Telecommunication Companies wishing to place infrastructure within, upon, or under City Right of Way must first obtain a permit to do so.
Application for permit must include:
- Drawing/diagram of entire route of infrastructure and/or related facility;
- Permit Fee of $100.00 (renewals due annually on May 1st);
- Insurance Certificate;
- Surety Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 10% of installation (new construction only).
